Hoppenstedt Firmeninformationen: New index shows quality of adress data in B2B marketing and CRM databases for the first time

Hoppenstedt Firmeninformationen analyses gaps, errors and update necessities in customers' adress portfolios and rates their quality with the Hoppenstedt Quality Index.

With a new service, Hoppenstedt Firmeninformationen is measuring the quality of B2B customer databases: On request, the leading German provider of business information analyses the address data of it's customers in regards to level of completeness, actuality or error rate and then computes the Hoppenstedt Quality Index. This index puts the quality of the address data in a nutshell. Going forward, Hoppenstedt then shows the customer where and how to improve the data base to increase the success rate in marketing and CRM.
