German payment behaviour decreases in second quarter - but positive outlook for second half of 2009

The average delay in payment in Germany was 9.7 days in the second quarter of 2009. This shows a recent analysis of D&B Germany. But German companies are able to keep their solvency in spite of the ecomomical and financial crisis.
