Bisnode divests Office Team
Bisnode divests IT vendor Office Team AS, part of Norwegian ONE Holding AS. The divestment will have no significant effects on Bisnode earnings. The remaining company, ONE Software AS, offers web-based CRM applications and will be kept and further developed. The divestment follows a review of ONE Holding that included the organisational merger of ONE Software and Lundalogik Norway in late 2009.
Office Team, with 12 employees and annual revenues of NOK 22 million, offers hardware and consultancy services to small and medium-sized companies in Norway.
“The divestment of Office Team is a result of our strategy to streamline and focus on our core operations,” says Fredrik Åkerman, Business Area Director Software and Applications, Bisnode.
The divestment was completed on April 19, 2010.
