Bisnode closes divestment of ICC
The previously announced divestment of credit solutions company ICC to D&B UK has today been finalized. ICC is a provider of business-critical information for risk and credit decision-making and operates in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
With this divestment, Bisnode leaves the UK and Irish market to focus on operations in the remaining 18 European countries where Bisnode is active. As a consequence of this divestment, Bisnode will be organized in 5 geographical regions and 2 business areas.
