When and why did you join the Group?
I started at MM Partner in October 1996 through contacts and started off with telesales.
Describe your entire career path and the choices you have made.
I started with telesales selling industry reports, within a year I was offered a job as account manager selling more advanced products. In 1998 I left MM Partner and took a job outside the group at Intelligence AB where I worked for a year selling market reports with sales responsibility for Sweden, Denmark and Finland. After this I came back to MM Partner, now as a Key Account Manager working with the largest accounts. In 2004 I was offered a role as Sales Manager for MM Partners key account managers. From 2007 this role also included responsibility for all account managers and customer support. Since 2009 this part of MM Partners business is merged with PAR where I now work as the sales manager for PARs Key Account Managers.
What is important to you at work?
The most important for me at work is the possibility to influence, having fun and being part of development.
Why have you chosen to stay in the Group?
I have stayed in the group because there has been constant development for me and I have been given freedom under responsibility.
How would you describe the “Bisnode culture” in a few words?
The culture is open and if you show that you are able and willing to take responsibility, there is a possibility of development.
