Frederik feels it is important to have the possibility to create an environment that helps both organization and employees to grow.
When and why did you join the Group?
I joined WDM International in 1999 and started to work in Sweden to explore the Scandinavian market and start the business from scratch.
Describe your entire career path and the choices you have made.
Before the move to Sweden 1999 I was Managing Director of a local Dutch bank and responsible for 8 branches. At WDM International I was offered to work as a Managing Director for a profitable, niche company called Baby DM Scandinavia. At that time a company within the group that today is a leading Nordic player in the field of marketing towards young families. In beginning of March 2010, I returned to Netherlands and do now work as Managing Director of WDM Netherlands.
What is important to you at work?
I think it is important to work in a company that makes it possible for me to create an environment that helps both organization and employees to grow. At WDM Netherlands I try to do this through clear decision making and an open communication.
Why have you chosen to stay in the Group?
Because of the fantastic opportunities we have in the Bisnode group!
