Corporate Governance
Corporate governance is a system of rules and structures through which the stockholders, directly or indirectly, exercise control over the company.
In a public limited company like Bisnode, governance, management and control are divided between the stockholders, the board of directors, the CEO and the group management team. Corporate governance is regulated by Swedish law, primarily the Swedish Companies Act, and the rules and recommendations issued by relevant organizations.
