Hoppenstedt introduces Hoppenstedt CreditCheck - a revolutionary pricing model for credit and risk information
Easy to use online portal and unlimited number of reports allow companies to check all their business partners
Darmstadt, October 21, 2008 – Hoppenstedt Kreditinformationen GmbH stimulates the market for credit and risk information in Germany. In October 2008, the company introduced a new flat fee pricing model for the brand Hoppenstedt CreditCheck, starting at 450 Euro. This finally allows small and medium sized companies to thoroughly check the financial status of their suppliers, clients and partners. Users can log in to the website www.hoppenstedt-creditcheck.de 24 hours a day to access the reports.
Reports on 4.3 million active companies for a fixed price
Customers of Hoppenstedt CreditCheck gain full and unlimited access to the credit and risk reports of more than 4.3 million active German companies from the Hoppenstedt database for twelve months. Compared to competitors, the offering is clearly cheaper, even if the user retrieves only several reports a month. Small and medium sized companies can now also check transactions with small margins and establish a risk report as standard element of any business transaction.
“Until now, only large companies with a high volume benefited from very low rates for credit and risk reports and therefore were able to check even small transactions,” says Goran Filipovic, Managing Director of Hoppenstedt Kreditinformationen GmbH. “Our new offering enables medium-sized businesses to have better control over their risks. Companies that already make intensive use of credit and risk reports will be able to save an enormous amount of money. And we also address a target group which has used such reports very rarely or not at all in the past.”
Pricing
Hoppenstedt Kreditinformationen offers three different pricing models: CreditCheck Compact gives unlimited access to basic reports and risk assessments for an annual fee of 450 Euro. A more detailed report is included in the CreditCheck Premium model with its additional early warning and update service. Priced at 1,890 Euro a year, it is accredited at the leading domestic credit insurances Atradius, Coface, Euler Hermes and Zurich. CreditCheck Single is specifically aimed at private customers: For 29 Euro they can buy a single full report – ideal to check the credit rating of a craftsman or a building contractor before making a larger advance payment, for example. All three price models come without any further registration costs or membership fees, all stated prices are exclusive of VAT.
