Bisnode completes UK merger of Prospect Swetenhams and Market Monitor with ICC to strengthen the group’s UK customer proposition
Bisnode, one of Europe’s leading providers of digital business information today announced completion of the merger between Prospect Swetenhams and Market Monitor (UK Marketing Services) with ICC (UK Credit and Risk Information). This strategic decision strengthens the UK customer proposition and replicates similar business models operating successfully within the group.
Business Unit Director for Bisnode CRM & Direct Marketing, Geir Feltstykket, commented “It is our strong belief that this is the right move to strengthen our position in the UK. The UK represents a very important market place for us. We are currently one of Europe’s leading players in this industry, with more than 3000 employees, and with a target to grow further by organic growth and acquisitions, some of which will come from the UK.”

Integration of the businesses will be led by Lee Williams, Business Manager for the Marketing Services division of ICC. The Marketing Services division will be led by Dimple Chhabria, Head of Sales & Marketing; James Horsburgh, Head of Production (Prospect Swetenhams); and Pauline Williams, Head of Research (Market Monitor). Annette Holmes, Managing Director of Prospect Swetenhams and Market Monitor has left the business.
